Full Job Description
## Accountabilities Lead end-to-end design of new growth-focused product experiences, from early ideation to final execution, ensuring clarity, usability, and craft across every interaction. Design and refine user journeys that improve activation, engagement, retention, and monetization through thoughtful, data-informed decision-making. Collaborate closely with UX research and data teams to translate insights into meaningful product improvements and user-centered design solutions. Partner with product managers, engineers, and cross-functional stakeholders to define product strategy and deliver cohesive, scalable experiences. Develop intuitive and visually refined UI systems that balance functionality, clarity, and delight across web, desktop, and mobile platforms. Mentor and guide junior designers, fostering a culture of critique, craft excellence, and continuous learning within the design team. Contribute to strategic discussions and help shape product roadmaps through strong systems thinking and design leadership. Requirements 8+ years of experience in product or UX design, including at least 4 years in a senior or lead design role. Formal education or training in UX, Interaction, or Product Design. Strong portfolio demonstrating growth-focused product design, complex user journeys, and high-quality UI execution. Deep passion for writing, communication, and how technology enhances human creativity. Expertise in designing across platforms including web, desktop, and mobile experiences. Strong prototyping skills and ability to rapidly test and iterate on design concepts. Excellent collaboration and communication skills, with the ability to influence cross-functional teams. Strong command of written and spoken English, with attention to clarity and detail in communication.
