What They're Looking For.
Must Have
5–7 years as a Product Designer, at least 2 years as a Staff Product Designer (or equivalent), proven growth design experience, UI, UX, and visual design skills, advanced prototyping techniques such as progressive disclosure, Deep understanding of product metrics, user behavior analytics, and A/B testing, Curiosity about AI and emerging experience designing AI-assisted or AI-powered product experiences or using AI tools as part of your design workflow, Design work rooted in ideation, experimentation, and evidence — using qualitative and quantitative data, Works at speed while maintaining knows when to go deep and when to execute — action biased, Builds relationships with cross-functional partners across the organisation, Deeply embedded within development teams, working end-to-end from ideation to design QA — feeding and unblocking the team
Nice to Have
Familiarity with Amplitude, Mixpanel, or similar tools, Portfolio showcasing experimentation work and measurable outcomes — ideally including onboarding flows, virality features, pricing pages, or subscription models, A portfolio that includes examples of work related to AI-powered features, AI-assisted workflows, or experiments with AI tools, Experienced in mentoring Product Designers, enabling them to learn, grow, and progress in their careers
