5+ years end-to-end design experience from research to implementation across all stages of the design process, 3+ years leading design teams in product-driven B2B SaaS environments, Proven ability to solve complex design problems and visualize complex systems, from financial concepts to design system components, cross-functional communication skills with ability to work effectively with internal teams and customers, Challenger mindset that questions the status quo and pulls inspiration from diverse sources to invent new paradigms
