MSEE or above in Electrical Engineering, Solid foundation in signal chain circuits, Deep understanding of IC evaluation, Hands-on experience with PCB schematic and layout, Programming skills in LabVIEW, Python, and/or C/C++, Familiarity with lab instruments, Analytical, debugging, and problem-solving skills, Excellent English written and verbal communication skills
