What They're Looking For.
Must Have
10+ years in platform, infrastructure, or developer experience engineering, with a track record operating at senior engineering levels, Deep experience building and operating in one or more of: production infrastructure, platform engineering, or developer experience (observability, CI/CD, application frameworks, productivity tooling), proficiency in at least one systems-oriented language (Go, Rust, C++, or similar), with a track record of designing high-throughput services at scale — and/or experience writing code and tools to support growing engineering orgs in scale-ups, Solid working knowledge of Docker, Kubernetes, and modern infrastructure ideally with understanding that goes deeper than configuration — how schedulers, runtimes, and isolation boundaries actually work, You ship high-leverage systems fast and know when to make trade-offs between security, stability, and speed, You're comfortable navigating ambiguity and driving clarity at an organisational level, not just technically, You're based in Stockholm or ready to relocate — this is an on-site, 5-days-a-week role
