What They're Looking For.
Must Have
Proven experience as a Staff Engineer, Principal Engineer, or similar technical leadership role building and operating production platform systems at scale, Deep hands-on experience in AWS services and multi-cloud architectures, Advanced Python programming skills with demonstrated experience building platform automation, tooling, and integrations for highly scalable systems, Experience with infrastructure-as-code (Terraform), Experience with container orchestration (Kubernetes), Experience with observability tools for platform operations, Track record of leading technical roadmaps and driving platform health initiatives aligned with key technical metrics and SRE principles, Experience building platforms that enable self-service capabilities for engineering and data teams, with understanding of developer experience and platform adoption, Eligible right to work
Nice to Have
MLOps or ML Engineering experience, GenAI/LLM platform knowledge (model inference, vector databases, RAG patterns), GCP/Vertex AI experience, ML lifecycle tooling expertise
