Must Have

9+ years in the software development lifecycle, significant experience building and maintaining scalable data and AI platforms, Deep experience in designing and building platforms that are used by data and ML engineering, Experience with data processing, data warehousing, and integrated ML tooling is critical, Proven expertise in designing and operating large-scale data infrastructure, ideally in cloud-based, distributed environments, Knowledge of healthcare industry standards and the ability to ensure that integrations comply with these regulations while being optimized for performance and scalability, Commitment to high-quality code, experience in version control, unit testing, CI/CD practices, and performance monitoring, Ability to proactively identify and resolve platform issues, ensuring high availability, minimal downtime, and a streamlined integration experience for users

Ability to commute/relocate: Hyderabad, Telangana*: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work

What You'll Do.

Lead the development and enhancement of Cohere’s data and AI platforms

Design and implement platform components and reusable integration patterns

Provide technical leadership across the development lifecycle

Contribute to sprint planning

Mentor junior engineers
