Monitor automated dispensing and fulfillment systems
Troubleshoot automated dispensing and fulfillment systems
Collaborate with pharmacy technicians and engineering teams
Resolve automation issues
Maintain compliance with quality and safety standards
Accurately dispense controlled substances
Maintain records of controlled substance transactions
Manage controlled substance inventory
Reconcile controlled substance inventory
Report controlled substance transactions
Answer clinical questions
Provide clinical guidance
Collaborate with healthcare team members
Document healthcare team communications
Investigate medication errors
Resolve medication errors
Implement policies and procedures
Maintain regulatory documentation
Participate in continuous improvement initiatives
Support pharmacy operations
