D. in engineering, 8+ years of experience developing imaging systems, 8+ years of experience developing infrared remote sensing instruments, Expertise in optical design and analysis, Extensive hands-on experience with precision optical metrology, Extensive hands-on experience with advanced AI&T execution, Extensive hands-on experience with root cause analysis, Extensive hands-on experience with rigorous test data reporting, Software proficiency in Python or C++, Demonstrated technical leadership skills, Demonstrated project management skills

Ability to obtain security clearance, Exposure to systems engineering, Experience working in cleanroom environments, Experience supporting integrated spacecraft-level environmental testing, Experience supporting launch campaigns
