What They're Looking For.
Must Have
7+ years of program or project management experience in a hardware manufacturing environment, direct exposure to contract manufacturing, supply chain, and production, Demonstrated experience building cross-functional coordination processes from scratch, Proven ability to manage 2–3 concurrent complex programs simultaneously, Track record of identifying and escalating programmatic risks using leading indicators, Experience operating as a staff-level individual contributor who peers with Director-level leaders
