Graduate of an accredited school of nursing, RN-Registered Nurse for the state, BLS-Basic Life Support Healthcare Provider, 2 years of recent relevant experience working in oncology infusion unit

Bachelor's degree in nursing (BSN), ONS Chemotherapy/Immunotherapy Provider Card within 90 days
