Our products are deployed where reliability isn't optional: public safety and first responder networks, public transit systems, and critical industrial and utility infrastructure. The AirLink portfolio spans simple LTE-A gateways to sophisticated routers featuring dual 5G cellular modems, dual WiFi 6 4x4 MIMO, and out-of-band LPWA management. We're a collaborative, high-trust team that values technical depth, intellectual curiosity, and the satisfaction of solving problems that genuinely matter. **Job Summary:** As a Staff Engineer on the AirLink System Engineering team, you’ll serve as a key technical authority on our wireless router platforms. This role is built for a problem solver at heart — someone who thrives on diagnosing complex, real-world issues with existing systems and tracking down root causes that others can’t find. You’ll bring a methodical, systems-level mindset to the most challenging networking issues our customers face, owning investigations end-to-end from replication through resolution. Beyond troubleshooting, you’ll draw on your deployment knowledge to shape the features and requirements that define our next generation of products. **Responsibilities:** * Own the end-to-end investigation of field-reported issues across the AirLink wireless router platform family — replicating problems in-house, identifying root causes, engaging development teams to drive corrective action,
