In this role, you will design, deliver, and support resilient global network infrastructure that enables Cadence’s business and engineering teams worldwide. **Job Responsibilities:** * Partner with business and technology teams to understand organisational needs and translate them into scalable, secure network designs. * Design, plan, implement, and support global data centre and enterprise campus networks. * Lead and contribute to multiple high-impact initiatives in parallel, including large-scale network transformation programmes. * Act as a senior escalation point for complex network issues, providing deep technical analysis and resolution. * Design, configure, and support edge networks, WAN/MPLS environments, and cloud connectivity. * Improve operational efficiency through network automation, documentation, and enablement of the NOC team (e.g. runbooks, knowledge base, ticket trend reduction). * Proactively identify risks, gaps,
