What They're Looking For.
Must Have
1–3 years of experience in ERP implementation, business systems consulting, accounting/finance, Foundational understanding of core business processes: order-to-cash, procure-to-pay, record-to-report, analytical and problem-solving, comfortable working with structured data and process documentation, Clear written and verbal, NetSuite Suite Foundation certification required within the first 12 months of hire
Nice to Have
Prior exposure to NetSuite or comparable ERP platform (SAP, Oracle, Sage, QuickBooks Enterprise) in an implementation or analyst capacity, Experience in accounting, finance, or operations roles that included system configuration or process improvement, Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, Information Systems, or a related field, Demonstrated ability to manage multiple tasks and deliverables in a fast-paced project
