ROLE OVERVIEW Harvey is hiring a Staff Motion Designer in San Francisco to define how motion shows up across Harvey’s brand, product storytelling, launch moments, web experiences, customer education, and executive-facing creative work. The role should sit within Brand and Design, reporting into Shawn Farsai, whose current scope includes Brand Marketing and Creative leadership in San Francisco. This is a new senior IC role intended to raise the motion craft bar while still operating with the low-ego, hands-on generalist posture expected of Harvey’s senior brand hires. The role should build on existing motion and brand hiring standards, including deep portfolio review, visible process, cross-functional collaboration with PMM and Marketing, and practical
