Must Have
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, Statistics, Mathematics, or related field, 7+ years of ML product development experience, 2+ years of experience in content recommendation or advertising personalization, Experience building and deploying large-scale recommendation and personalization systems in production environments, Proficiency in Python and at least one deep learning framework (PyTorch, TensorFlow, Keras), High level of statistical expertise for experimentation and modeling, Strong product sense and self-directed ability to lead key projects in a fast-paced environment, Ability to communicate and collaborate effectively in English
Nice to Have
Master's or PhD degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, Statistics, Mathematics, or related field, Software engineering capabilities that have successfully delivered high-quality products, Experience with training, evaluating, fine-tuning, and production deployment of models such as LLMs, Experience with AWS or other cloud systems and GPU utilization
