What They're Looking For.
Must Have
ML product development experience of 7 years or more, 2 years or more experience in content recommendation or advertising personalization, Experience building and deploying large-scale recommendation and personalization systems in a production environment, Proficiency in Python and at least one deep learning framework (PyTorch, TensorFlow, Keras, etc.), High level of statistical expertise to perform experiments and modeling, Strong product sense and self-directed ability to lead core projects in a fast-paced environment, Ability to communicate and collaborate effectively in English
Nice to Have
Master's or Ph.D. degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related field, Software engineering capabilities that have successfully delivered high-quality products, Experience in training, evaluating, fine-tuning, and production deployment of models such as LLMs, Experience with AWS or other cloud systems and proficiency in GPU utilization

Analyzing subscriber behavior data to derive insights
Designing data work for generating ML features
and improving new models or optimizing existing models
Building content recommendation and personalization frameworks
Defining data requirements
Collaborating with engineering and business teams for data collection and validation
Developing features for model training using collected data
Training models through scientific tools and coding
Integrating model inference capabilities into production systems
Setting up requirements for model testing in production environments (including A/B testing)
Analyzing results to derive performance insights
