What They're Looking For.
Must Have
Bachelor's or equivalent in accounting, finance, economics, information systems, computer science, or related fields, Minimum of 1 year of internal or external audit or related experience, Knowledge of general internal controls, Knowledge of risk management, Knowledge of regulatory compliance, Critical thinking skills, Unrelenting curiosity, Understanding of internal control concepts, Understanding of internal auditing standards, Understanding of risk assessment practices, Understanding of COSO three lines of defense, Ability to work independently with limited daily supervision, Ability to meet deadlines, Ability to navigate through ambiguity, Ability to manage and coordinate multiple project assignments simultaneously, Ability to accept ownership and accountability for projects, Ability to deliver on commitments, Written communication skills, Verbal communication skills, Experience preparing audit workpapers, Experience preparing audit reports, Experience preparing audit presentations
What You'll Do.
Conduct audits and reviews of financial
and technology risks and controls
Complete detailed testing of processes and controls
Prepare working papers to document testing
Identify and analyze risks
Plan and prioritize audit work
Document and analyze procedures and controls
Perform control testing
Prepare appropriate work papers
Develop audit recommendations
Review identified issues with appropriate management
Prepare audit report findings
Perform issue follow-up
Perform validation testing of management action plans
Develop formal written reports to communicate audit results
Work on multiple priorities/projects simultaneously
Perform Sarbanes-Oxley testing
Perform Sales Center Audits
Perform warehouse operations audits
Perform corporate level operational audits
Perform fraud investigations
Utilize data analytics and tools in the execution of audit work
Execute special assignments
Perform other duties as assigned
