What They're Looking For.
Must Have
6–8+ years of experience in creative production, campaign operations, or integrated marketing, track record of leading large-scale, multi-channel campaigns, Deep fluency in end-to-end creative workflows across film, video, photography, motion, audio, and 3D, Proven ability to lead as a highly accountable individual contributor, Sharp operational rigor paired with genuine creative judgment, Exceptional cross-functional influence skills, Calm, decisive presence in high-pressure, high-visibility environments, Highly organized and pragmatic
