What They're Looking For.
Must Have
Master's degree or equivalent experience, 6+ years of relevant industry experience, Demonstrated experience spanning hardware, software, and algorithm development, Hands-on experience with field deployment, experimentation, or applied engineering, Solid foundation in signal processing, machine learning, and algorithms, Experience building, deploying, and debugging data acquisition and processing pipelines, Experience with embedded systems, sensing platforms, or small-scale hardware deployments, Proficiency in Python, C/C++, or similar languages, Experience in an Applications Engineer, customer-facing engineering, or technical customer experience role, Ability to operate independently in ambiguous environments

Experience with electrical grids, power systems a plus
