Must Have
B. S. in Industrial Engineering, 7+ years semiconductor/optics manufacturing, AMHS / OHV / AGV systems experience, AutoCAD proficiency, FlexSim, Siemens Plant Simulation proficiency, Advanced SPC, MSA, CPK, OEE, DOE, Six Sigma Green Belt or higher, JMP, Minitab, or Python data analysis, Hands-on cleanroom experience, Familiarity with wet cleans, lithography, etching, Designing automation layouts, Data-driven process control loops, Management of industrial engineering team

Analytical problem solver, Systems-level thinking, Project management skills, Multitasking skills, Lean manufacturing principles knowledge, Statistical thinking knowledge, High level of initiative, Ownership, Ability to influence cross-functional teams, Comfortable in high-tech environments, Comfortable in multicultural environments, Comfortable in cleanroom environments
