We are looking for a Staff Fullstack Engineer to lead the design and development of scalable, high-performance applications across the frontend and backend. This role combines hands-on technical leadership with strong expertise in modern frontend frameworks and cloud-native architectures on AWS. You will play a key role in defining system architecture, mentoring engineers, and driving best practices, while collaborating closely with cross-functional teams to deliver impactful digital products. This is a hybrid position based in Medellín or Bogotá, offering a balance between onsite collaboration and remote flexibility. Key Responsibilities Design, build, and maintain fullstack applications using React and Next.js. Develop scalable backend services using Python and AWS cloud services. Architect and implement serverless solutions leveraging: API Gateway AWS Lambda Step Functions Design and evolve microservices architectures and event-driven systems. Define technical architecture, ensuring scalability, reliability, and performance. Implement monitoring and observability using CloudWatch and CloudTrail. Collaborate with product, design, and engineering teams to deliver end-to-end solutions. Mentor engineers and promote engineering best practices and code quality.
