Location Qualifications: Ghent (hybrid, 2 days in the office) About the position As a Staff Fullstack Engineer, you will be a technical North Star for the CRM you are architecting the foundational systems that transform how sales content is created, organized, and distributed at a global scale. You will partner with product and engineering leadership to bridge the gap between business strategy and technical execution, ensuring our TypeScript-based serverless architecture on AWS remains resilient, scalable,flexible, and forward-thinking. This role is designed for a visionary who balances deep-dive coding with high-level system design and the mentorship of emerging talent. What You’ll Do Architectural Stewardship: Design and oversee the implementation of cloud-native, serverless software solutions that set the standard for performance, high availability and scalability across the organization. Strategic Technical Leadership: Define the multi-year technical roadmap for CRM integrations (Salesforce, Microsoft, Google) and plugin ecosystems, ensuring long-term maintainability. Cross-Functional Impact: Lead the most complex projects with a broad scope, maintaining high productivity while managing dependencies across multiple engineering squads. Mentorship & Culture: Establish and uphold "best-in-class" engineering standards. Actively mentor senior engineers, lead code reviews, and foster an environment of continuous learning and rigorous testing. System Optimization: Drive deep-level performance tuning and optimization of the entire stack—from Angular frontend efficiency to complex messaging and database integrations.
