What They're Looking For.
Must Have
Deep experience building integrated, frontend applications with React and TypeScript, following modern patterns and best practices., Proven ability to take ideas from concept to reality — from brainstorming and design discussions to prototypes, polished UIs, and production-ready features., sense of product design and usability, with the ability to contribute creatively to user workflows and visual polish., Expertise in best-in-class coding practices, including automation-based testing strategies, maintainable architectures, accessibility, and performance optimization., Excellent communication skills in a remote-first, collaborative environment, with a track record of working effectively across teams.

Experience with Open Telemetry.
