What They're Looking For.

Must Have

8+ years of experience in data science or applied statistics roles, at least 3 years focused on forecasting, time series modeling, or revenue/enrollment prediction, Deep hands-on proficiency in Python, SQL, statistical and machine learning methods for forecasting, Experience designing and maintaining production data science systems, Comfort working with messy, real-world commercial data

Nice to Have

Experience implementing or upgrading forecasting tools, analytical workflows, or data models in a high‑growth, evolving, or public‑company environment, Background in healthcare, digital health, health plans/PBMs, or other complex, regulated industries with multi‑stakeholder sales cycles, Prior work supporting capacity planning or operational forecasting alongside care delivery, supply chain, or customer support teams, Familiarity with Salesforce data models and RevOps processes, Passion for leveraging data, analytics, and emerging technologies

Build and scale forecasting models

Transform manual process into robust forecasting engine

Partner with Commercial Operations

Establish and own best practices for model development

Improve forecast accuracy and responsiveness

Mentor other data scientists

Take ownership of technical implementation of base forecasting

Collaborate on assumption framework and narrative

How You'll Work.

Working closely with Commercial Operations, Finance, Data Engineering, and Applied Statistics; Partnering closely with Commercial Operations, Sales, Marketing, and Finance; In partnership with data engineering and platform teams; Communicate tradeoffs clearly to non-technical stakeholders; Proven experience influencing cross-functional partners (e.g., Commercial Operations, Sales, Marketing, Finance); Collaborating closely on the assumption framework and narrative
