If you are excited about a role but don't meet every bullet point, we encourage you to apply and join us to create the extraordinary. ## Job Summary To support our extraordinary teams who build great products and contribute to our growth, we’re looking to add an **[Staff Firmware Engineer, PSC]** located in **[TW Taipei Wugu Site].** Platforms bring-up and debugging, OpenBMC firmware customization, and manufacturing support. **What a typical day looks like****:** * Customize OpenBMC firmware to meet customer's requirements * System level debug and root cause analysis for firmware design * Provide necessary support for testing activities * Cross-function teamwork for issues analysis and debug * Overall project responsibility in all aspects on SW design related- from project kick off to end of M.P. **The experience we’re looking to add to our team****:** * Bachelor or above degree in Electrical Engineering or Computer Science * 8+ years' experience for debugging, development, and testing work in the Linux environment * Being highly passionate and interested in BMC development and capability of teamwork in multi-task environment * Solid understanding of software implementation/design experience is required. * Experience developing device drivers for peripheral and connectivity buses (e.g., I2C, SPI, PMBus, CANbus). * Capability for independent research and working with new technologies is required. * Excellent written and verbal communications skills (in Mandarin and English) is required. **Here are a few of our preferred experiences:** * With strong sense of responsibility (be able to go on business trips, dispatch overseas is preferred) * Experience with OpenBMC domai
