What They're Looking For.
Must Have
BS Electrical Engineering, 8+ years of experience in Analog and Power Electronics
Nice to Have
MSEE preferred, Deep expertise in power conversion, Understanding of analog signal chain, Proven experience in system-level power architecture design, Schematic and PCB layout review, Bench characterization, validation, and debug of power systems, Ability to work across domains, Hands-on lab proficiency, Communication skills

Perform root-cause analysis

Drive new product evaluations
Drive competitive positioning
Execute extensive hands-on lab work
Support system-level design integration
Provide direct technical guidance

Establish relationships with sales
Establish relationships with FAEs
Establish relationships with distribution
Partner with product marketing
Partner with BU teams
Lead customers through power design challenges
Provide actionable feedback
Influence new product development
Support cross-functional engagements
