Provide support for ED-SAWB team meetings
Prepare meeting materials
Disseminate meeting notes
Maintain action item list
Assist ED-SAWB with travel preparations
Assist ED-SAWB with project management
Perform problem-solving tasks
Handle confidential information
Prepare correspondence
Prepare check requests
Make travel arrangements
Maintain supply inventories
Create accessible documents
Check document accessibility
Attend training on accessible documents
Develop liaison relationships
Monitor operating budgets
Assist in budget development
Resolve budget discrepancies
Input budget revisions
Review previous budgets
Analyze previous budgets
Forecast budgetary needs
Present forecasted budget
Explain forecasted budget
Review personnel expenditures
Confirm personnel expenditures
Produce budgetary forms
Submit budgetary forms
Manage Purchasing Cards
Reconcile Purchasing Cards
Provide administrative support
Assist with submitting OFFS
Maintain department supply inventories
Assist with staff travel preparations
How You'll Work.
Team & Collaboration
Develop effective liaison relationships with students, staff, faculty, college administrators, regional/state/federal government officials, and vendors; Work with various work units throughout the college; Work with outside vendors; Provide administrative support for members of the Advising and Transition Center teams
