Must Have
Total Experience 6+ years, experience in UKG integration design and implementation, UKG Integration Certification (Mandatory), Minimum 2–3 full lifecycle UKG implementation projects., expertise in REST/SOAP APIs, Middleware platforms such as Boomi, SFTP, CSV/XML, and file-based integrations, EDI integrations and carrier connectivity., Hands-on experience with UKG Pro WFM / Workforce Central integrations, UKG Ready integrations, NetSuite, ADP Payroll, SAP SuccessFactors, and SAP S/4HANA integrations, Good understanding of Timekeeping, Scheduling, Accruals modules, knowledge of Data mapping and transformation, Validation and reconciliation techniques, Integration monitoring and troubleshooting
Nice to Have
Experience with benefits integrations, Beacon, and EverythingBenefits preferred, Exposure to WFC to Pro WFM migration programs
What You'll Do.
Design and own end-to-end integration architecture for UKG implementations and upgrades
Develop and support inbound/outbound integrations using APIs
and file-based interfaces
Configure and manage REST/SOAP APIs
and middleware integrations
Implement integrations between UKG and enterprise systems including Payroll
and Benefits platforms
Configure and support integrations with ADP Payroll
SAP S/4HANA and Benefits carriers and third-party vendors.
