software engineering foundation (architecture, APIs, microservices, cloud), AI/ML platforms and techniques, ability to write clear, executable features and user stories, analytical and systems-thinking skills, execution-focused, pragmatic, and detail-oriented, experience with Agile/Scrum and DevOps practices (CI/CD, monitoring), experience managing technical risk across complex initiatives, demonstrated technical leadership, influence, and effective communication with technical and non-technical stakeholders

Ensure feasibility and technical integrity

Collaborate with Solution Manager
Lead architectural and technical decisions
Own and manage initiative backlog
Lead estimation efforts
Lead technical deep-dives
Guide AI/ML use case definition
Act as technical stakeholder interface
Provide technical leadership and influence

Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams; Collaborate closely with the Solution Manager; Influence across large, parallel initiatives; Communicate status, risks, and decisions; Influence across cross-functional teams
Communication Scope

Own and manage the initiative backlog, Driving refinement aligned with delivery constraints, Lead estimation efforts, Assessing technical complexity, risks, and cross-discipline dependencies
