REQUIREMENTS: * Total experience 6+ years. * Must have 5-8 years of experience as a System Analyst or similar role, with exposure to large scale banking or financial services programs. * Should be able to understand the business requirements comprehensively and develop functional requirements based on the product/platform on which the solution is going to be deployed. * Should be able to work with the solution architect to ensure all requirements are addressed by the solution as per business expectations. * Should be able to develop test cases, test data and assist in functional testing * Should be able to develop functional requirements, based on business requirements, and identify the non-functional requirements for the solution architect. * Should have proven experience delivering core banking or deposits-related integrations, including CASA and/or Time Deposit products. * Should be part of the execution team for a minimum of 3 projects, and should have worked end-to-end on those projects from requirements gathering to deployment. * Should have past experience with managing multi-stakeholder projects. * Should be able to understand the high-level processes, products and integration patterns in financial services. * Should be able to clearly articulate business requirements, functional requirements and nonfunctional requirements. * Should be able to translate requirements to testable requirements and write test cases and test outcome for each requirement. * Should have ability to effectively communicate business needs to the tech
