What They're Looking For.
Must Have
Minimum seven years of mechanical design engineering experience, Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering or Biomedical Engineering, Proficiency in CREO software for design and drafting required, Proven leader of people with self-starting skills, Ability to work in fast paced environment, Multi-tasking abilities required, Well organized, detail oriented, team player capable of working in a deadline dictated environment, Ability to adequately represent and reflect company philosophy, Proficient in preparation of reports and budgets, Working knowledge of Microsoft Office

Obtain market feedback
Create and maintain project plans
Management of all aspects of project
Design and develop instruments and implants
Working with prototype shop
Performing design verification
Working with marketing
Assisting in writing regulatory applications
Working with operations
Assisting in product introductions
Maintaining post introduction monitoring
Researching market and competition

Work with spine surgeons; Work with all other functions of the company; Partnering with researchers; Partnering with educators; Working with marketing; Working with product managers; Working with the operations department; Working together; Support each other
