REQUIREMENTS: * Total Experience: 5.5+ years * Should play a key role in designing and developing Salesforce Health Cloud solutions, focusing on care plans, patient profiles, assessments, care teams, and health timelines. * Should be able to collaborate closely with business stakeholders to translate healthcare requirements into scalable Salesforce technical designs. * Should possess strong hands-on experience with Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Flows, and Salesforce configuration best practices. * Should be updated on Salesforce Health Cloud capabilities, Salesforce releases, and healthcare industry standards such as FHIR, HL7, and EHR integrations. * Should apply Health Cloud and Salesforce platform best practices to ensure scalable, secure, and compliant implementations. * Experience in communicating effectively with users, other technical teams, and management to collect requirements, describe software product features, and technical designs * Should be passionate about building great solutions * Mentoring the team members to meet the client's needs and holding them accountable for high standards of delivery * Being able to understand and relate technology integration scenarios and be able to apply these learnings in complex troubleshooting scenarios.
