Bachelor's degree in Biomedical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related scientific discipline, 8+ years of progressive experience in medical device R&D, Experience leading complex R&D projects, Understanding of design control principles, Understanding of regulatory requirements for medical devices, Proficiency in CAD software, Proficiency in simulation tools, Experience with injection molding, Experience with extrusion, Experience with machining, Experience with assembly, Excellent problem-solving skills, Excellent analytical skills, Excellent critical thinking skills, Excellent written communication skills, Excellent verbal communication skills, Ability to work independently, Ability to work as part of a cross-functional team, Proven hands-on execution of statistical analysis, Proven hands-on execution of Design of Experiments (DOE)
