Because doing so can fuel the very innovation we are pursuing. **Role Summary** The Staff Engineer develops, optimizes, and characterizes cell film thin film processes (ALD/CVD) to meet performance, reliability, and manufacturability targets, and supports scaling of cell film processes across nodes and platforms. Owns defined portions of a module/sub-module under guidance; tracks margins, sensitivities, and integration risks; drives issue resolution within assigned scope. Operates as a cross-functional contributor who translates experiment outcomes into actionable process improvements. **Main Responsibilities** **Process Development & Optimization** * Develop, optimize, and characterize thin film processes (ALD/CVD); design and execute well-planned experiments; analyze data and translate results into process improvements. * Support scaling of cell film processes across nodes and platforms. **Module Ownership & Issue Resolution** * Own defined portions of a process module/sub-module; track process margins, key sensitivities, and integration risks. * Drive resolution of process/tool-related issues within assigned scope. **Process Integration & Correlation** * Work closely with integration and device teams to ensure compatibility and electrical performance; correlate material/structural/electrical data to guide optimization. * Support failure analysis and root-cause investigations for yield and reliability issues. **Tool/Hardware Engagement** * Build strong hands-on knowledge of cell film equipment/hardware behavior; support tool q
