## Description This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Staff Engineer (Platform) based in Canada. This is a high-impact leadership opportunity for an experienced platform engineer who is passionate about building scalable, secure, and resilient distributed systems. In this role, you will help shape the technical direction of core platform services while collaborating across engineering, product, and infrastructure teams. You will play a key role in driving architectural decisions, improving developer productivity, and enabling business growth through robust technology solutions. The position offers the chance to work with modern cloud-native technologies, mentor engineers, and influence engineering standards across the organization. Architect, containerize, deploy, and maintain cloud-native services using technologies such as Docker, Kubernetes, and cloud infrastructure platforms. Implement and optimize CI/CD pipelines, Git workflows, infrastructure automation, and operational best practices.
