Must Have
B. Tech/M. Tech (or higher) in Electrical/Electronics Engineering or related field, 8+ years experience, understanding of end-to-end Physical Design flow and signoff methodology, Hands-on experience with industry-standard tools such as Innovous, FC, Primetime, Tempus, Good understanding of, STA concepts, MCMM flows, DRV closure & Timing/debug methodologies, scripting and automation skills: Tcl, Python, Unix/Linux shell scripting
Nice to Have
Experience in dashboard/report development and data visualization

Drive automation initiatives
Standardize best practices
Improve execution consistency
Support MCMM timing closure
Track signoff across projects

Coordinate with CAD teams

Collaborate with CAD and implementation teams; Work closely with PD and STA teams; Coordinate with CAD teams for fixes
