REQUIREMENTS: * Total experience: 5.5+ years * Strong expertise in Siemens WinCC OA , SCADA, and Industrial Automation systems * Hands-on experience with PLC Programming and System Integration , preferably Siemens TIA Portal * Knowledge of Industrial Communication Protocols (OPC, Modbus, Profinet) * Experience with WinCC OA scripting, Python, or similar languages * Understanding of Industrial Networking, OT environments, and cybersecurity * Experience in FAT, SAT, commissioning, testing, and troubleshooting * Preferred domain experience in Water & Wastewater, Chemicals, or Food & Beverage RESPONSIBILITIES: * Develop and configure WinCC OA-based automation and SCADA solutions * Integrate SCADA systems with PLCs, field devices, and industrial networks * Execute system testing, FAT, SAT, commissioning, and validation activities * Troubleshoot automation, PLC, SCADA, and communication-related issues * Prepare technical documentation including design, testing, and implementation documents * Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project delivery * Ensure compliance with engineering standards and OT cybersecurity guidelines * Support deployment, maintenance, and continuous improvement of automation systems ## Qualifications Bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related fields
