Full Job Description
## Accountabilities Configure, support, and enhance Workday HCM modules including Core HR, Talent & Performance, Compensation, Payroll, Time & Absence, Recruiting, and Reporting. Design, develop, test, deploy, and maintain Workday integrations across multiple enterprise systems. Build and manage integrations using EIBs, Core Connectors, PECI, Benefits Connectors, Workday Studio, and Document Transformation tools. Configure Workday business processes and ensure alignment with evolving business requirements. Develop and maintain Workday reports, dashboards, and BIRT reporting solutions to support data-driven decision-making. Manage Workday security configurations including roles, domains, and access controls. Collaborate with stakeholders and technical teams to gather requirements and deliver effective, scalable solutions. Troubleshoot and resolve integration, reporting, and functional issues to ensure system stability and data accuracy. Support system testing, release management, deployment activities, and production support operations. Follow ITSM processes for incident, change, problem, and service request management. Identify opportunities for process improvements and contribute to continuous optimization of Workday solutions. Provide ongoing functional and technical support for enterprise Workday environments. Requirements Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. 6+ years of experience working with Workday HCM in technical or functional consulting roles. Strong hands-on expertise in Workday integrations including EIBs, Core Connectors, PECI, Benefits Connectors, Workday Studio, and Document Transformation. Solid experience in Workday reporting and BIRT report development. Strong understanding of Workday HCM modules such as Core HR, Payroll, Compensation, Recruiting, ATS, LMS, and employee lifecycle management.
