REQUIREMENTS: * Total Experience 4+ years * Strong experience in Workday HCM Functional Consulting * Strong hands-on experience in Workday configuration and business process management * Expertise in Talent and Performance modules * Strong understanding of HR business processes * Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills * Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously * Strong communication skills with the ability to interact with both technical and non-technical stakeholders * Leadership skills with experience mentoring team members * Experience working in Agile environments * RESPONSIBILITIES: * Manage and support Workday HCM modules, including configuration, maintenance, and troubleshooting * Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into functional solutions * Ensure Workday configurations align with business processes and organizational needs * Provide expertise in Talent and Performance modules, including issue resolution and enhancements * Stay updated with the latest Workday features, trends, and best practices * Develop and maintain documentation such as functional specifications, test plans, and user guides * Ensure timely and quality delivery of Workday solutions within project timelines and budgets * Troubleshoot and resolve system issues effectively * Communicate technical/functional concepts to non-technical stakeholders * Mentor and guide junior team members * Collaborate with IT leadership to align Workday solutions with overall IT strategy * Support Agile pro
