REQUIREMENTS: * Total Experience 6+ years * Strong hands-on experience in Workday HCM configuration, maintenance, and support. * Strong functional expertise in Workday HCM modules and business processes. * Experience with Compensation; Advanced Compensation experience is highly preferred. * Strong understanding of Workday organizational structures, business processes, and security concepts. * Proven experience gathering business requirements and translating them into Workday functional solutions. * Experience supporting Workday releases, upgrades, testing, and production support. * Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills with the ability to resolve complex functional issues. * Experience creating and maintaining functional and technical documentation. * Familiarity with Agile development methodologies and project delivery practices. * Excellent project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and projects simultaneously. * Strong verbal and written communication skills. * Ability to communicate technical concepts effectively to non-technical stakeholders. * Strong stakeholder management, collaboration, and leadership skills. * Ability to provide guidance and mentorship to team members. * Experience supporting global HR processes is a plus. * Availability to work during US/UK business hour overlap. * Preferred shift: 1:00 PM – 10:00 PM IST.
