Deep expertise in observability principles, SLIs/SLOs, Telemetry design, Signal quality, Proven experience designing and evolving end-to-end telemetry architectures, Pipelines, OpenTelemetry, Platform integrations, Influencing skills, Hands-on experience with modern observability tooling, Deep experience with OpenTelemetry, Building scalable observability pipelines
