Full-Stack Leadership: Own the end-to-end technical lifecycle. From backend services and data pipelines that feed our insights, to the frontend components that render them. Global Influence: Mentor engineers and coordinate with global hubs to drive technical standards that benefit the entire Adyen ecosystem. Who you are Product-Minded Architect: You think in terms of user outcomes. You have a track record of partnering with product teams to turn ambiguous goals into robust technical reality. Applied AI Experience: You have experience (or a deep technical interest) in building production-grade interfaces powered by LLMs, including harnesses, policy enforcement, evals, RAG architectures and secure data handling.
