Requirements: * Total Experience: 5+ Years * 5-8 years of experience as a System Analyst / Business Systems Analyst in banking or financial services programs. * Experience in downstream/accounting/reporting domains (GL interfaces, reconciliation, regulatory reporting) strongly preferred. * Must have Hands-on experience with Deposits Management Systems like Finacle. * Must have end to end project experience from requirements through testing and deployment across at least 2 implementations. * Delivery coordination and disciplined tracking of plans, actions, and dependencies. * Should have clear written and verbal communication; ability to translate technical progress into concise status updates. * Should have strong documentation skills and attention to detail; able to maintain accurate logs and artifacts. * Should be comfortable working with Excel and MS Visio * Should be able to do stakeholder management and follow-through across bank and vendor teams. * Should have problem-solving mindset with ability to surface options and impacts. * Should be ready to relocate to Philippines for long term. Responsibility: * Gather and define functional requirements for downstream systems (accounting, GL/sub-ledger interfaces, reporting feeds, MIS/regulatory extracts, and reconciliation). * Identify gaps/ambiguities in requirements and drive closure with business owners (Finance, Accounting, Regulatory Reporting, Ops). * Define end-to-end flows for key deposit events and ensure downstream impacts are covered (account opening, maintenance, interes
