Must Have
5+ years of total experience, Designing and developing Salesforce Health Cloud solutions, focusing on care plans, patient profiles, assessments, care teams, and health timelines., Collaborating closely with business stakeholders to translate healthcare requirements into scalable Salesforce technical designs., Hands-on experience with Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Flows, and Salesforce configuration best practices., Updated on Salesforce Health Cloud capabilities, Salesforce releases, and healthcare industry standards such as FHIR, HL7, and EHR integrations., Applying Health Cloud and Salesforce platform best practices to ensure scalable, secure, and compliant implementations., Experience in communicating effectively with users, other technical teams, and management to collect requirements, describe software product features, and technical designs., Passionate about building great solutions, Mentoring the team members to meet the client's needs and holding them accountable for high standards of delivery, Understanding and relating technology integration scenarios and applying these learnings in complex troubleshooting scenarios.

Supporting the planning and design of new solutions
Envisioning the overall solution
Determining and implementing design methodologies and tool sets
Enabling application development
Leading/supporting UAT and production roll outs
understanding and validating WBS and estimated effort
Addressing issues promptly
Delivering scalable and high-quality solutions
Helping the team in troubleshooting and resolving of complex bugs
Coming up with solutions to any issue raised during code/design review
