What You’ll Do: Solve complex, mission-critical problems that require cross-team collaboration and deep technical evaluation. Act as a trusted technical consultant and architect for multiple teams within an industry group. Partner with product and business stakeholders to align technical direction with measurable outcomes and company goals. Explore and evaluate emerging technologies, identifying opportunities to leverage new tools, frameworks, or paradigms that create business value. Lead technical design, planning, and execution for large-scale initiatives that span multiple systems in their product domains. Assess and execute trade-off decisions between performance, scalability, maintainability, and cost. Define and deliver technical stories that improve the integrity, performance, and long-term sustainability of shared systems. Conduct architectural reviews with the broader Staff group and proactively identify areas for simplification, modernization, and risk reduction.
