Manage performance requirements
Own PPU development oversight
Coordinate with electronics lead

Manage vendor PPU acceptance
Design propellant feed system
Perform thruster performance characterization
Develop thruster lifetime models
Predict degradation for mission-duration operation
Own EP system integration with spacecraft bus
Define EP power profiles
Coordinate with thermal on heat rejection
Design orbit-raising maneuver strategies
Design stationkeeping maneuver strategies
Design deorbit maneuver strategies
Support constellation-scale EP operations
Plan EP subsystem environmental testing
Execute EP subsystem environmental testing
Design for production
