THE WORK: As a Staff DevSecOps Engineer based, you will play a pivotal role in crafting the secure, efficient development processes that power Ripple's global financial infrastructure. Operating at the intersection of security, reliability, and developer experience, you will set the technical direction for how we build, deploy, and protect software at scale. You'll bring deep technical expertise across cloud platforms, container orchestration, and compliance frameworks — paired with a security-first approach that treats every pipeline, every deployment, and every line of infrastructure code as an opportunity to harden our systems. As a force multiplier for the engineers around you, you'll mentor junior talent, shape team-wide engineering standards, and partner with cross-functional leaders to ensure security is never an afterthought, but a foundational principle embedded in everything we ship. WHAT YOU’LL DO: Design, implement, and manage enterprise-grade CI/CD pipelines that enable seamless, reliable software delivery at scale. Architect and maintain secure, resilient infrastructure employing Kubernetes and containerization best practices.
