Must Have
10+ years of experience in DevOps, Cloud Engineering, SRE, or Platform roles, hands-on expertise with AWS services such as EC2, ECS, VPC, IAM, RDS, and related tools, Deep understanding of distributed systems, networking, and Linux environments, Proficiency in scripting and programming languages like Python, Go, or Shell, Extensive experience with containerization tools such as Docker and orchestration platforms like Kubernetes, knowledge of CI/CD tools (GitHub Actions, Jenkins, GitLab CI) and GitOps practices, Experience managing large-scale databases such as PostgreSQL, MongoDB, or Redis, Solid understanding of microservices architecture and API-driven systems, Proven ability to lead teams, mentor engineers, and influence technical direction, analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making capabilities, Experience in performance tuning, scalability, and reliability engineering, Familiarity with security frameworks and compliance standards, Ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders, Experience working in fast-paced, high-growth environments with evolving priorities
