# **Position:** Staff DevOps Engineer # **Job Description:** EIC is seeking a talented **Staff DevOps Engineer** with 5+ years of experience to lead the design, implementation, and management of CI/CD pipelines and cloud infrastructure. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in scripting/coding, hands-on experience with Linux-based systems, and a proven track record with Harness, Git, and Kubernetes. **This Position is only for PST day time support means, IST night shift from 10pm to 7am IST.** **Key Responsibilities** * **Design, implement, and maintain** robust CI/CD pipelines to automate build, test, and deployment processes across multiple business units. * **Develop and manage** Harness CI/CD pipelines, ensuring efficient and reliable software delivery. * **Build, deploy, and manage** Kubernetes clusters through automation and Infrastructure as Code (IaC) using tools such as Terraform, Ansible, AWS CloudFormation, or similar. * **Automate production deployments** and manage deployment workflows for high availability and scalability. * **Drive process and quality improvements** by identifying opportunities for automation and implementing best practices. * **Collaborate effectively** with onsite and offshore teams, fostering a culture of knowledge sharing and continuous improvement. * **Troubleshoot and resolve** complex issues during crisis situations with strong debugging and analytical skills. * **Stay current** with emerging DevOps tools and technologies, proactively learning and applying new solutions. * **Champion AI-powered developer tooling** across the engineering organization, including AI coding assistants (e.g., Cursor, GitHub Copilot), automated code review, and AI-driven CI/CD optimization. * **Design and operate agentic AI workflows** that automate complex, multi-step DevOps tasks using MCP (Model Context Protocol) integrations, LLM-powered agents, and orchestration frameworks. * **Govern AI tool adoption** by establishing security, priv
